1. Data controller

Media Impresa is a brand of Sidass Company, an Italian sole proprietorship established on 13 February 2017. This notice covers the website, its forms, Sidass and the handling of enquiries in the CRM.

2. Data we process

Name, email, telephone, company, requested service, messages and project information; city or address if supplied; client code, subject and description of support tickets. Collaboration enquiries may include professional information and submitted materials. Technical browsing and security data, language and consent preferences and, when authorised, statistical data are also processed. Mandatory fields support the relevant workflow; the form cannot be completed without them. Do not send passwords, payment credentials, health information or other sensitive information.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Enquiries, audits, quotations and collaborations: responding, assessing requests and arranging follow-up; requested pre-contractual measures (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). For business representatives, legitimate interests in managing professional relationships (6(1)(f)).
• Services, appointments and support: managing the relationship, tickets, updates and confirmations; contract performance or requested steps (6(1)(b)). Information is stored in the CRM and accessible to authorised staff.
• Administration and accounts: tax and other legal obligations (6(1)(c)).
• Newsletter: promotional messages based on consent (6(1)(a)); withdraw by emailing our privacy contact or using an unsubscribe link where provided. An enquiry or ticket does not subscribe you to the newsletter.
• Statistics: Google Analytics and internal measurement following consent to Statistics (6(1)(a)).
• Security and legal claims: preventing abuse, managing access and handling disputes on the basis of necessary and proportionate legitimate interests (6(1)(f)).

4. Sidass, email and location

Sidass conversations and submitted details are recorded to provide responses, qualify enquiries and enable follow-up by the team; staff may also view unfinished conversations. Automated replies may contain errors: request human verification for commitments, prices or contractual matters. Confirmations from web@mediaimpresa.com are service messages. Address suggestions may use Google Maps/Places; precise location is requested only through the relevant control and browser permission. You can enter an address manually.

5. Recipients and external services

Authorised staff and collaborators can access information, as can hosting, email, maintenance and IT providers for their assigned tasks, administrative advisers and authorities when required by law. The site integrates Google Analytics and Google Maps/Places functionality. Images or resources delivered by external servers, such as Pexels, involve a connection and technical data such as an IP address. Social and WhatsApp links are also subject to those platforms’ notices. Private chat and ticket contents are not published.

6. Processing outside the EEA

Some external services, including Google services, may involve processing outside the European Economic Area. The transfer basis and safeguards depend on the provider and service: applicable adequacy decisions or GDPR Article 46 safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses. Contact the controller to identify recipients involved in your processing and obtain information about safeguards. See also Google’s privacy policy.

7. Retention

Criteria depend on purpose: enquiries and chats for handling and concluding the contact and related follow-up; project and ticket data for the relationship and support records; administrative documents for applicable statutory periods; newsletter data until withdrawal or discontinuation, retaining only what is needed to evidence and respect the choice. Security incidents and disputes require the information necessary to establish events and protect rights. Backups follow technical rotation cycles. Browser storage durations appear in the cookie notice. You may request the period or criterion applied to your records; this notice does not promise automatic deletion after a fixed period.

8. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability where applicable, object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent without affecting earlier processing. Email web@mediaimpresa.com; we may request only what is needed to verify identity. We normally respond within one month, subject to legally permitted extensions and notices. You may complain to the Italian data protection authority or another competent authority. Privacy requests do not require a client code.

9. Automation and updates

Chat, notifications and CRM organisation assist the team; they do not, by themselves, constitute decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects. Additional processing requires specific information. See Cookies and Terms and Conditions.
