These terms cover browsing and website enquiries. Specific services are governed by the relevant agreement and mandatory law. They do not retrospectively amend existing contracts.
2. Enquiries, audits and engagements
A form, Sidass conversation, ticket or automatic confirmation records a request; it does not accept an engagement or purchase. The proposal sets out work, deliverables, timing, responsibilities and acceptance arrangements. A free audit includes only expressly described activities; further work requires agreement.
3. Fees, costs and payment
The accepted proposal determines fees, taxes, deadlines and payment methods. Advertising budgets, licences, hosting, domains and external services must be specified as included or separately chargeable. Scope changes and additional work must be agreed before execution.
4. Client cooperation and delivery
Clients supply accurate, lawfully usable materials, approvals and required access through agreed channels. Do not submit credentials in public forms. Timing, revisions, maintenance and support depend on agreed scope; delayed materials or changes may require the plan to be reviewed.
5. Digital services and outcomes
Development, campaigns, SEO, content, AI and consulting also depend on external infrastructure and platforms. Sales, rankings, funding or investor agreements are not guaranteed unless covered by specific lawful contractual commitments. Pitch decks and fundraising support concern project preparation and presentation, not promises of capital. Sidass replies require human confirmation for contractual decisions.
6. Rights and licences
The agreement determines usage rights, any transfer of final materials and access to source files. Third-party components, software, images, fonts and services retain their licences. Client-supplied materials must respect third-party rights.
7. Support and termination
Clients open tickets using their client code and associated email. A receipt does not promise immediate resolution or response times beyond those agreed. Suspension, withdrawal and termination follow the contract and applicable law; these terms do not waive mandatory rights.
8. Consumers
Customers acting outside their trade or profession retain applicable consumer protections. Distance service contracts normally allow withdrawal within 14 days of conclusion, subject to statutory exceptions. Early performance and any loss of withdrawal rights require the legally prescribed conditions and expressions of consent; a contact form does not replace them. Specific information is provided before the contract is concluded.
9. Complaints and applicable law
Email contractual enquiries and complaints to web@mediaimpresa.com, identifying the project. Italian law applies without removing mandatory consumer protections or applicable jurisdiction rules. No provision excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. See Privacy for personal data.
